No Bake Energy Balls

 30 pitted dates

3/4 cups of shredded coconut 

3 tbs water 

3 tbs of coconut oil 

3/4 cups of non salted cashews (or mixed nuts)

Put all of that in a food processor until it's really well integrated. Make into balls and roll in coconut. 

Chill and store in the fridge.
