We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. You can return any item* for a shop credit (excluding hats, socks and swimwear). It should be in its original condition (unwashed and unworn) or defective and within 30 days of your shipping confirmation. Sorry, we do not offer exchanges.
Return of defective or incorrect items: Please complete your return through the portal selecting the appropriate return reason. When your return is submitted you will receive an email right away requesting more detail about your return. A member of our customer service team will respond within 24 business hours of receiving your response to complete your return.
If you are outside of Canada please be sure to mark as return of Canadian merchandise. Any custom charges incurred will be deducted from return package if this option was not selected.
Unless we have made a mistake in shipping, you have received a defective item or you purchased your order during a special promotion, you are responsible for the fees incurred for returning a product.
