Shipping fulfillment associate

We’re looking for someone who’s detail oriented, organized, and has a flexible schedule. This part-time role will be responsible for fulfilling online orders we receive from our online store. Applicants must live in Victoria BC or the surrounding area and willing to travel to our Colwood warehouse.

Job requirements

Attention to fine details such as addresses, item variations, and special requests
Ensuring that all orders are fulfilled in an efficient and timely manner
Maintaining organization within the physical warehouse and workspace

You’re a great fit if you have:

-Experience in order fulfillment is an asset but not necessary
-Passion for providing an excellent customer experience
-Strong communication and problem solving skills
-Willing to learn and adapt to changes as our business grows
-Available to work a flexible schedule 2-3 days a week regularly up to full time hours during busy periods
-Ability to lift 30 lbs+
-Minimum High School Education
