SHIPPING & FAQ's
We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days after purchase. Shipping time quoted at checkout is the estimated time for your order to reach you once it leaves our facility.
During a sale or release, please allow up to 10 business days for orders to be shipped due to the high volume of orders.
We offer complimentary shipping for orders over $100 (after discount & before applicable taxes) within Canada or the US. Free shipped orders will be sent non-tracked, standard shipping. All other orders are subject to the following rates based on location and order value. Express and courier options are available at checkout.
CANADA - Standard shipping 4-7 business days
|BC||AB, SK, MB||Rest of Canada|
USA - Standard shipping 5-10 business days (no tracking)

The customer will be responsible for your country’s sales tax and/or duties applied by customs when shipment enters your country.
International shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery, depending on the country.
Not all countries offer continued tracking once your package has left Canada. If you are not able to locate your package once it has left Canada, please contact your local postal carrier.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information prior to shipping. We will ship to the shipping address given at the time of checkout. Whistle and Flute is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.
Reshipping of packages returned to Whistle and Flute due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.
If a package is not received after 30 days standard shipping in North America or 60 days international, please contact our customer service team firstname.lastname@example.org
We do not issue refunds on lost packages.
LOCAL PICK UP
We now offer local pick up at our warehouse in Colwood, BC located just off of Wale Rd.
To request local pick up just check the box located in your cart that says "Local Pick Up in Colwood, BC". This will then add an In-Store Pick Up item to your cart that lets us know not to ship your order. If you change your mind before completing payment and decide you would like your order shipped, just go back to your cart and remove the In-Store Pick Up item.
We aim to have your order ready for pick up within 2 business days but during releases and sales please allow up to 10 business days. We ask that you please do not arrive before receiving the email confirmation letting you know that your order is ready. If you do arrive early, you may be asked to return.
Pick up hours are Monday- Thursday 10:30am - 1:30pm (Closed Statutory Holidays) . Our pick up address will be provided in your order confirmation email and shipping confirmation email via the "View your order" button.
ALTERING AN ORDER
We are not able to combine orders or refund shipping on multiple orders.
Please be sure you are checking out with the correct items as we are not able to alter an order once it has been placed since our warehouse team frequently ships within hours of ordering.
Sorry, we are not able to offer any price adjustments.
All sales on Gift Cards are FINAL. These orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
