Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING TIMELINES

We aim to ship all orders within 3 business days after purchase. Shipping times quoted at checkout are estimates for delivery once your order leaves our facility.

During a sale or release: Please allow up to 10 business days for orders to ship due to high order volume.


CANADA SHIPPING

Complimentary shipping on orders over $150 (after discount, before taxes) within Canada. Free orders are sent via standard, non-tracked shipping.

All other orders are subject to the following rates. Express and courier options are available at checkout.

U.S. SHIPPING

We now ship all U.S. orders via Canada Post. Shipping costs, duties, and tariffs are calculated and paid at checkout — so there are no surprises when your order arrives.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any sales tax or duties applied by customs upon entry into your country.

Delivery: International shipping can take 6–8 weeks, depending on the destination.

Tracking: Not all countries offer continued tracking once your package leaves Canada. If your package cannot be located, please contact your local postal carrier.


RETURNS

We aim to make returns as simple as possible through our online portal. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can print a return label through the portal.
All returns are issued as Whistle & Flute shop credit, valid for future purchases.


INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information at checkout. Whistle & Flute is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.

Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer’s cost.


LOST SHIPMENT

If your package is not received after:

  • 30 days for standard shipping in North America, or

  • 60 days for international shipping

please contact support@whistleandflute.com.

Please note: We do not issue refunds for lost packages.

We do not offer price adjustments.

All gift card sales are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
