1. Can I Edit/Cancel My Order After It’s Been Placed?

We kindly ask you to review your order carefully before checkout to ensure correct sizes, designs, and colors. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes or cancel orders once they have been placed.

2. Do You Offer Price Adjustments?

No, we do not offer price adjustments. Sales and promotions are only valid during the designated sale/promo dates.

3. Do You Offer Local Pick Up?

We do not currently offer local pick-up at this time.

4. Forgot to Apply Discount Code/Gift Card?

Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply discount codes, gift cards, or edit payment methods. If assistance is needed, please contact us at support@whistleandflute.com before placing your order.

5. How Long Will My Order Take to Ship?

We aim to process and ship orders within 2 non-holiday business days. During sales or product releases, please allow up to 10 business days for shipment in addition to the estimated shipping time at checkout.

6. Do You Offer Free Shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping for orders over $100 before tax and after discounts within Canada/US.

7. Do You Offer Free Returns/Exchanges?

While we do not offer exchanges, we accept returns on eligible items for a refund or store credit. Return shipping within Canada is offered at our discounted rate, and orders refunded as store credit receive a bonus $10 credit to help cover return costs.

8. How Do I Know Which Size to Order?

11. Can I Send an Order as a Gift?

While we don't offer gift wrapping, leave a note in the “add a note to your order” box during checkout for any specific requests.

12. I Entered the Wrong Shipping Address, What Should I Do?

Verify shipping information before checkout. Email us at support@whistleandflute.com immediately, and we'll do our best to update your address.

13. How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Free shipping is offered for orders over $100 within Canada/US. Other shipping costs are estimated at checkout based on method and destination.

14. My Package Did Not Arrive, What Should I Do?

Email support@whistleandflute.com, and we'll assist you. Please note, we do not offer refunds for lost or stolen packages.
