 Can I Edit/Cancel My Order After It’s Been Placed?

Please email us right away with your order number and if your order hasn't been shipped we will do our best to make any changes you need! (During a sale we usually are not able to change orders based on low inventory.)

Do I have to pay any duties and taxes on my purchases?

We ship from Victoria, BC Canada. Orders within Canada are not subject to duties or customs.  Orders under $800 are not subject to customs within USA. 

Orders outside of Canada and USA may be subject to duties and customs. We will not be held responsible for these fees but we do everything we can on our end to minimize this cost.

Do You Offer Price Adjustments?

Sorry, we do not offer price adjustments. Sales and promotions are only valid during the designated sale/promo dates.

 Do You Offer Local Pick Up?

Unfortunately, we cannot currently offer local pick-up at this time.

Forgot to Apply Discount Code/Gift Card?

We cannot retroactively apply discount codes, gift cards, or edit payment methods. If assistance is needed, please contact us at support@whistleandflute.com before placing your order.

How Long Will My Order Take to Ship?

We aim to process and ship orders within 2 non-holiday business days. During sales or product releases, please allow up to 10 business days for shipment in addition to the estimated shipping time at checkout.

Do You Offer Free Shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping for orders over $120 before tax and after discounts within Canada/US.

Do You Offer Free Returns/Exchanges?

While we do not offer exchanges, we accept returns on eligible items for a refund or store credit. Return shipping within Canada is offered at our discounted rate, and orders refunded as store credit receive a bonus $10 credit to help cover return costs.

How Do I Know Which Size to Order?

Consult our sizing chart for measurement ranges or email support@whistleandflute.com for personalized assistance in selecting the right size.

My Item is Defective/Damaged, What Should I Do?

So sorry to hear that! Please email us at support@whistleandflute.com, and we will assist you in finding a solution.

Can I Send an Order as a Gift?

You can leave a note in the “add a note to your order” box during checkout for any specific requests and we'll be more than happy to add a card and personalized note to your order! Thanks for thinking of us for your gift giving!

I Entered the Wrong Shipping Address, What Should I Do?

Uhoh, please email us at support@whistleandflute.com asap, and we'll do our best to update your address before it gets shipped! 

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Free shipping is offered for orders over $120 within Canada/US. Other shipping costs are estimated at checkout based on method and destination. You can add to cart and get a shipping estimate in your cart before checkout. 

My Package Did Not Arrive, What Should I Do?

Oh no! Please email support@whistleandflute.com, and we'll assist you. Please note, we do not offer refunds for lost or stolen packages but can help you taking any steps required to resolve the issue! 

Where Are Your Clothes Made?
