Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with the original priced item(s) you received, you have 30 calendar days from the date you received your shipping confirmation email or order ready for pick up email to return an item for shop credit. Returned item(s) must be unwashed, unworn and in the same condition that it was received (excluding defective returns).
Hats, socks, swim trunks and last chance items are final sale.
Any discounts 40% or up are final sale.

- Canadian Returns: You are responsible for return shipping fees (excluding errors in shipping or defective returns).
- US & International Returns: You are responsible for return shipping fees (excluding errors in shipping or defective returns). Please ship your return to us via the mail carrier of your choice. Please be sure to mark as return of Canadian merchandise. Any custom charges incurred will be deducted from your refund or shop credit. We suggest avoiding couriers such as Fedex to return items from outside of Canada as they almost always charge customs fees even if it's clearly marked as a return.
- Holiday Returns: Items purchased after October 31st will be accepted for return until January 31st.
- Return of defective or incorrect items: Please contact us via email with details of the error or photos of the defect at support@whistleandflute.com . A member of our customer service team will respond within 24 business hours of receiving your response to complete your return.
